Buy Rent Kenya Limited is the controller and responsible for this Site. We have appointed a data privacy officer who is responsible for overseeing questions relating to this policy. We collect Personal Data that you give to us, for example, where you create an account with us, request further information about our product, fill out a form, submit contact details through our website or subscribe to newsletters on our website. We may also automatically collect some technical information when you visit our website such as your IP address, and information about your visit, such as the pages that you viewed. This information helps us understand customer interests and helps us improve our website. This is however for law enforcement purposes only.
- A third party or body where such disclosure is required to satisfy any applicable law or other legal or regulatory requirements e.g. to detect or prevent fraud or the commission of any other crime.
