International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This year’s theme is “Embracing Equity,” which calls for gender balance and parity in all aspects of life. At BuyRentKenya, we believe in empowering women and giving them opportunities to succeed.
Women have been an essential part of the real estate industry for decades. However, they have often faced discrimination and a lack of equal opportunities. In recent years, the industry has taken steps to address these issues and create a more inclusive environment. Women are now breaking through the glass ceiling and becoming leaders in real estate.
This year, we talked to a few women from BuyRentKenya on embracing equity here are some of their thoughts.
