The space As soon as you arrive, the path leads past the tropical garden and pool directly to the spacious terrace with loungers and seating. The covered outdoor area forms the heart of the house – this is where daily life takes place. From here, you enter the open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen. The large bedroom has its own bathroom and direct access to the pool—you are just a few steps away from the water. There is a direct connection to the second bedroom through a narrow wooden door. Two additional bedrooms are accessible via a separate terrace, share one bathroom, and are connected to each other above. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioners and mosquito nets. The covered outdoor area allows for separate access to all rooms, while also providing a pleasant sense of privacy – even in the rain. Guest access The price automatically adjusts based on the number of people booked. Depending on the size of the group, a corresponding number of bedrooms are available. 1–2 people: one bedroom and one bathroom 3–4 people: two bedrooms and two bathrooms 5–6 people: three bedrooms and two bathrooms (maximum occupancy) The living area, kitchen, and outdoor area are always fully available for use. The villa will be exclusively for your use. Additional bedrooms can be booked at an additional cost if required. Other things to note The villa is our private home, and we appreciate guests who recognize this and treat it with the appropriate care. Staff are on site for the daily upkeep of the house, garden, and pool. We are happy to coordinate the times with you in a way that respects your privacy. Cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms is included. Additional services, such as shopping or the preparation of local dishes, can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Since we are in a tropical environment, animals such as geckos, insects, or occasionally even monkeys are a natural part of the scenery. They are harmless and part of the natural environment. By the way: Our house lizard “Lizzi” (a Sudanese soft-shelled tortoise) occasionally drops by – she is completely harmless and even helps keep insects away. As is common in the region, there may be occasional power outages. An emergency generator is not provided.
