STANDARD PURCHASE PRICE FOR UNITS
24-Month Payment Plan
We are offering a standard 24-month payment plan for all purchases:
1st Payment: 25% paid within 30 days of booking the unit
2nd Payment: 25% paid on or before 8 months of booking the unit
3rd Payment: 25% paid on or before 16 months of booking the unit
4th Payment: 25% paid on or before 24 months of booking the unit
CASH BUY DISCOUNT
A cash buy (payment within 30 days of booking) attracts a discount of Ksh 1,430,000.
The discount reduces by Ksh 62,174 for every month after the first 30 days.
Formula:
Discount = Ksh 1,430,000 – (Months from booking × Ksh 62,174)
Example:
For a 1-bedroom standard unit on the 4th floor:
Cash Buy Price: Ksh 7,340,000
Discounted Price: Ksh 5,910,000 (after applying the full Ksh 1,430,000 discount)
