Our vision was based off the need to provide an affordable and yet high-quality living solution that would impact positively on real estate housing statistics through the provision of high quality, affordable and yet inspirational living spaces and communities.

Since inception, Willstone® has remained steadfast in the provision of inspirational living spaces, successfully putting into development over 14 housing projects in and around the city of Nairobi.

Our latest handover, Avana 2 Gardens, being our 4th in 2022, marked our 10th successful housing project delivery, adding to our growing number of happy homeowners and gated communities and like we say here at Willstone… healing the nation, one homeowner at a time.
