The surveyor will create boundaries of the land by measuring the contours to help engineers create a map. he will come up with budgets and cost for the entire construction project.
When the brief is ready, he should come up with a cost plan, showing an estimate of the sketch drawings and how much the project will cost to help the client stay within budget.

Architect
