Nairobi is slowly morphing from the ‘green city under the sun’ to probably the ‘city with an amazing skyline’. The frequency at which new buildings and developments are mushrooming, the latter ones grander than the former, is a sight for sore eyes.

2. Hass Tower
Work is in progress to set up Africa’s tallest building in Nairobi. The 45-storey tower is a project jointly designed by Meinhardt group and Archgroup and is expected to stand taller than the tallest tower in Africa, Carlton Center in Johannesburg.

4. CBK Pension House
This is how the new Central Bank Pension Scheme House will look once it’s complete. The 27-floor building will be a sight to behold and bring a whole new angle to Harambee Avenue.
5. Park Inn
The table-shaped building courtesy of Radisson is a contemporary addition to the hospitality industry designs. The unique design saw the building bag the Best New Hotel Construction & Design at the 2016 Africa Property Awards.
